Terms of use
By using Checkgrove you agree to use the software lawfully. We provide formatting tools only. We are not a bank and we do not send payments.
Allowed use
You may use the free sample tool to learn check layout and amount-in-words. You may use future paid features only for checks you are authorized to issue on accounts you own or are permitted to use.
Banned misuse
You must not use Checkgrove to create forged, fraudulent, or unauthorized checks; pay stubs; or any document meant to deceive a bank, employer, landlord, or other party. We may refuse or terminate access if we believe the product is being misused.
Samples are not negotiable
Free prints are marked SAMPLE and include no bank numbers. They are for layout practice only. Confirm with your bank before printing real checks on blank stock.
No financial services
Checkgrove does not open accounts, hold funds, mail checks, or move money. You keep your own bank relationship.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
